1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Tuesdays) after receiving payment.
You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp/email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free shipping is available on orders above a total weight of 10 kg.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email/whatsapp once the order is shipped.

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

6. Delays & Issues

Orgatma is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept it in damaged condition and email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If you accept it in damaged condition, we may not be able to give you a replacement.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.
